About the Alliance | Board Recruitment

Alliance for Nonprofit Management (the Alliance) is governed by a board of directors.  The Alliance Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization and its policy, fiscal and otherwise.

To ensure a strong, vibrant organization relevant to the nonprofit sector and capacity building field, and one that can effectively champion the well-being of the nonprofit sector by increasing the effectiveness of individuals and organizations that help nonprofits build their power and impact, it is imperative that a competent Board is in place to lead the organization. Service on the Alliance board is a wonderful way to support your peers and make an important contribution to our field.
