Cancellations and Refunds:  All cancellation requests must be received by the Alliance in writing by Septeber 15, 2007. Upon cancellation you will be issued a refund less a $25 administrative fee.

Substitutions:  Name substitutions may be made for a $25 administrative fee through Septeber 15, 2007.  No substitutions may be made after Septeber 15, 2007.
