CCI Evaluation

Cultural Competency Initiative

The Alliance's CCI includes an external evaluation to document lessons learned and impact. We are partnering with Association for the Study and Development of Community (ASDC) to conduct the evaluation.

The purpose of the evaluation of the Initiative is twofold:

1. To assess the progress and accomplishments of the CCI activities designed to create and share knowledge among nonprofit capacity builders and build nonprofit leadership to practice cultural competency, and
2. To build the evaluation capacity of the Alliance of Nonprofit Management.

The following documents frame the evaluation process:

• Logic Model includes resources and activities that will contribute to achieving our short-term, intermediate and long-term outcomes.
• Outcomes and Indicators table includes specific measures and data collection that will be part of the evaluation of the initiative.

These guiding frameworks will help us measure the extent to which the CCI has increased the knowledge, skill and will of capacity builders to engage in cultural competency in their work to strengthen nonprofit leadership and organizations.
