Management Support Organizations Executive Directors Affinity Group Meeting Alliance member MSO Executive Directors are invited to take part in this dialogue session that will explore possibilities for MSOs to work collectively and to engage in national initiatives to strengthen local and regional MSO portfolios. The group will also discuss the role of the Affinity Group in meeting the leadership and professional development needs of directors across the country. This annual gathering offers a rare opportunity for MSO executives to share experiences, be candid about challenges, and to provide collegiality and peer support for this very demanding role. Young and Emerging Professionals Affinity Group Meeting Alliance member Young and Emerging Professionals are invited to join this networking and dialogue session to discuss our interests and aspirations in the capacity-building field. We will discuss the possibility of holding a larger gathering of young leaders in capacity building at the Alliance '05 Annual Conference in Chicago. If you are under 35 years of age or new to nonprofit capacity building, join us for this gathering that will take place prior to the opening reception of the conference and allow us to get to know each other for mutual support throughout the event.
