Presenters:

Monika K. Moss, MKM Management Consulting
June Perry, Access to Success

This facilitated peer learning session is designed especially for seasoned consultants who are looking to stimulate each others’ learning by addressing the implications of the leadership transition of the civil rights/Baby Boomer generation who are often the long term founding executive directors of color, leaders of organizations of color or organizational leaders working in communities of color.  How does this phenomenon pose a leadership crisis and an opportunity for transformational change in communities of color?  In addition to increasing our collective awareness about these issues and their implications, we will disseminate key learnings and recommendations resulting from this session through the Alliance network.
