In randomly assigned small groups, each person presents:

      • MSO’s most recent new project or initiative
      • MSO’s recent problem or difficulty
      • ED’s personal non-work hobby, specialty, or labor of love

In the full group: Reflections about themes and commonalities

10:00 – 10:45

What happening out there? – Factors in the External Environment

Full group brainstorming of key external factors, focusing on:

      • Competitive landscape for MSOs
      • Market demands

Sharing resources to address the identified issues

10:45 – 11:15

Discussion: How to Form Small Groups for Sharing and Problem-Solving

Groups potentially convened around:

      • Size
      • Longevity (of the organization and/or the ED)
      • Particular program or service
      • Type of partner(s)
      • Topic (sustainability, intellectual property, …)
11:15 – 12:00

1st Small Group Sharing and Problem Solving Session
