After years of avoidance, the baby boom exodus and the positive benefits from well-planned and executed transitions have colluded to jump start our profession. Join our Affinity Group session intended for active ETM and Succession Planning practitioners to explore together what’s working, what’s not and how our collective wisdom can inform the conditions for future success of ETM and Succession Planning.
