This tool is designed to help boards to improve their governance practices and determine what high performance might look like for them.  It contains suggestions for best practices in the following areas:  mission and strategy; legal; managing human resources; managing and developing financial resources; developing and managing projects and programs; effectiveness and continuity; and communication.  While it can be used as an effective self-assessment tool, we recommend that it be used with a facilitator to maximize its value.  Available in Electronic form only Cost: $5.
