Position Description:

Lakewood OASIS, a 20 year old lifelong learning and service organization for mature adults in South Los Angeles and Orange counties, offers an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on manager to lead the organization in developing and implementing a five year business plan to increase and diversify participation and ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability. Responsibilities include managing finances; fundraising; building community partnerships; public relations; overseeing development of classes and events; recruiting, training and managing staff and volunteers.

Qualifications:

Must have strong non-profit management, finance and fundraising experience, knowledge of community organizations, excellent communication skills and computer proficiency. Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years management experience.
